Bob,
the friendly little Bumble Bee, never quite liked
the taste of flowers. And bugging people at picnics
was always less than satisfying. With the air of
his Baja home teeming with the sweet scent of grilled
fish, avocados, and cilantro, soon the freshest food
was all this little bee's radar could detect. He
set off north, and if it wasn't fresh, REALLY fresh,
he simply said "No Gracias," and flew on.
North
of the border, only one "beestro" made
out little bee's radar blip. A colorful, cozy little
adobe just off the plaza in Santa Fe. Today it is
widely know as BUMBLE BEE'S Baja Grill.
As
Bob buzzed through the cocina, he didn't see any LARD,
MSG or
MICROWAVES!
"Eeeeee, all that fresh,
tasty food - fresh skinless marinated chicken
breast, fajita skirt steak, tender wild
pacific Mahi-Mahi, farm raised shrimp and
homemade salsas."
